The field app for ESP Construction crews.
Clock in on site, submit hours and receipts, keep travel documents current, and stay in touch with the office. Accounts are created by ESP Construction for people who work with us — this is a workplace tool, not a public social app.
Android access
Install ESP Crew directly.
While our Google Play listing is being completed, ESP crew members with an existing account can download the signed Android app directly from this official website.

How to install
- Open this page on your Android phone and tap Download Android app.
- If Android asks, allow your browser to install apps from this source, then return to the download.
- Tap Install, open ESP Crew, and sign in with the work account provided by your manager.
For your security, install ESP Crew only from espconstruction.ca or Google Play.

What the app is for
Built for cinema-fitout and renovation crews in the field.
Time on the job
Clock in and out against the assigned project and shift. GPS at that moment is used to confirm the event happened at the job site. A forgotten clock-out or an out-of-range reading is flagged for a manager — the app never silently drops a clock event.
Hours & travel
Crew see their week by day, night, and travel. Travel to site is paid; travel home is not billed to the project being left. Managers review timesheets and generate payroll from the same records.
Receipts
Photograph a receipt or enter an expense by hand. Optional AI can pre-fill merchant and amount; the crew member can always type it instead.
Travel documents
Each person can update their own address, passport, and driver’s licence. Banking and payroll beneficiary details are never shown in the crew app — those stay admin-only.
Messages
Company and job-site threads so dispatch and crew stay aligned. Message text lives on ESP’s servers so a replacement phone can still see the history.
Manager desktop
The same system powers the office: clients, projects, schedule, invoices, and payroll. This public page describes the crew phone apps that go to the App Store and Google Play.

Privacy rules
What the app collects, who can see it, and how long it is kept.
For privacy rules, go to espconstruction.ca/privacy.html. It is public — no login required — and is written for anyone interested in working with ESP.

How to request deletion
Accounts are created by ESP Construction, not by public signup. There is no in-app “delete my account” button. Email info@espconstruction.ca or ask your manager. We will remove or restrict what we can; some time, payroll, and invoice records are kept because employment and tax law requires it. Location pings already expire on their own after 30 days.
What we do not do
- No advertising, no ad trackers, no sale of personal information.
- No location collection after you clock out (pings are rejected; only the clock-out coordinate itself is stored on that time entry).
- No banking data on the phone screens used by crew.
- AI receipt reading is optional and is not used to train a provider’s models.
