Our story
Family-owned, GTA-built.
ESP Construction is a family-owned general contractor founded in 2012 by Eduard Selaj and Eddy Pjetri. Their work established the company in Caledon East and across the Greater Toronto Area. Today, ESP is owned and led by Eduard, helping homeowners renovate, repair, and build out their spaces — from a single patched wall to a full interior remodel.
We don't send a rotating cast of sales reps to your door. Eduard estimates every project personally, stays involved through the build, and signs off on the final walkthrough. That hands-on approach is why more than 80% of our work comes from referrals and repeat clients — people who called us once and kept calling.
Every job, regardless of size, is backed by a full one-year workmanship warranty. We're licensed and insured, so your property and our crew are covered from the first day on site to the last.
